The Free Range Chicken product contains free-range chicken organs, including liver, heart, and gizzards. As the mix follows the 80/10/10 guideline, it comprises: 80% muscle meat, 10% edible bone, 10% organs (5% liver and 5% other secreting organs, which include heart and gizzards).
Hi Patsy! When transitioning to a raw diet you should start off with one protein - chicken is recommended, as you mentioned. After 3-5 days of feeding a single protein and your dog has adjusted to his/her new diet, you would then introduce another protein (preferably a rich red meat).
