Naturaw local deliveries, are delivered between Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) and between the hours of 11:30 am – 7:30 pm.

All local deliveries are made by Naturaw vehicles.


For Canada-wide courier deliveries, are delivered by Canada Post between Monday – Friday. Postal services deliver mail and packages from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm to commercial addresses. For residential deliveries, the timings are from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm.

All Canada-wide courier deliveries are handled by Canada Post & you are bound by their terms, conditions & privacy policy, should you decide to use this option.

For Naturaw local deliveries, the approx. range is 250 km from our location and the orders are delivered directly by Naturaw.

For Canada-wide courier deliveries, the delivery is handled via Canada Post and their delivery network is generally anywhere mail is delivered.

For Naturaw local deliveries, once you place your order, it is immediately sent to production for preparation. Deliveries within the GTA are 1-2 business days. Rural areas are 2-4 business days.

If by some reason (emergency, weather, illness etc.), the delivery may be delayed, but we will notify you right away.


For Canada-wide courier deliveries, once you place your order, it is immediately sent to production for preparation & a shipping label is created. The delivery times differ between areas (rural for example may have an additional 1-2 days delay in delivery).

You are strongly encouraged to inquire with Canada post on the delivery status and any concerns regarding delivery once the order has left Naturaw’s warehouse, are to be handled directly by Canada Post customer service.

For Naturaw local deliveries, we highly recommend that our customers are home to receive their order so that the freshness of our food is not compromised.

We always let our customers know when we are on our way via WhatsApp, including an ETA and ways to contact dispatch.

If you are unable to be home at the time of delivery, please provide a cool box in a shaded area, that we can place the food in. However, the food should be refrigerated or frozen within 2 hours.


For Canada-wide courier deliveries, you need to be home only to receive the delivery as we always include “Signature Required” on all orders. If you’re not home to receive your delivery then you’ll be left instructions to pick up your order from your nearest Canada Post location (in rural areas this may be a local partner).

For Naturaw local deliveries, delivery costs are based on distance. We don’t calculate delivery charges based on weight.

Once you place your order online, our production team is notified right away and begins collecting your order for pickup. If all the items are in-stock, expect a text message within 2-3 hours.

Yes, we do! Fresh Bulk orders are available for pick-up & for delivery. Viewing our Production Calendar on our Home Page allows your to view our available productions dates and pre-order your fresh bulk protein. We’ll text and email you once the order is ready for pick-up and subsequently you’ll receive sms and email notifications if you choose delivery.

  • Picking Up Your Bulk Order?
    Our fresh bulk orders are for same day pick-up only. If you cannot pickup your order the same day, we can hold it for a max of 1 more day, but you’ll have to advise us.
  • Having Your Bulk Order Delivered?
    You will receive your bulk order the same day as production. Be sure to check the production calendar on the homepage & pre-order (1 day prior to production), to reserve a box. If you are within the GTA area, your order will arrive same-day – 1 business day (max.), from the date of production. If you are outside the GTA area, your order will arrive next business day, from the date of production. You will be shown the options for delivery upon adding your product(s) to your cart and proceeding with checkout.
