How We Handle Deliveries
We deliver across Ontario and Quebec at this time, however, the availability is contingent upon your location, the nature of your order, and its cumulative weight. During the checkout process, our system will automatically determine and inform you of the feasible delivery options.
Naturaw oversees deliveries that occur within 60kms from our Scarborough warehouse and delivered between 09:00 – 21:00, from Monday to Friday.
CanPar and ICS are only available to ship Monday – Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday at 1pm will be shipped the following Monday.
For orders managed by Naturaw, the typical duration is between 1-3 days, contingent on the destination.

We highly recommend that our customers are home to receive their order so that the freshness of our food is not compromised.
We always let our customers know when we are on our way via Email and/or WhatsApp, including an ETA and ways to contact dispatch.
If you are unable to be home at the time of delivery, please provide a cool box in a shaded area, that we can place the food in. However, the food should be refrigerated or frozen within 2 hours.
For deliveries via a courier, you don’t need to be home as we assign a NSR – No signature required upon delivery. The order will remain in optimal temperature in it’s thermal box for up-to 2 hours after delivery (away from direct sunlight of course).

How We Handle Pickups
Scarborough:
Our main manufacturing and retail location is located at 32 Howden Road – Unit # 3 between Monday and Sunday.
Brampton:
Our retail partner offers pickup either by shopping in-store.
Sobe Treats is located at 10960 Goreway Dr Unit A1, Brampton, ON L6P 0V3, Canada between Monday and Sunday.
Scarborough:
Weekday pickups are between 11:30 – 19:30. Saturday pickups are between 11:30 – 16:30. Sunday pickups are between 12:00 – 15:00.
We are closed on statutory holidays.
If you’re a new customer, please bring your pet(s) along with you for a free consultation with one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members.
Brampton:
Daily pickups between 12:00 – 20:00.
Sobe Treats is closed on statutory holidays.
While Sobe Treats does not provide consultations for new customers, we urge you to contact Naturaw directly over WhatsApp or Phone and we’ll be happy to have a consultation with you.
We usually need 2-3 hours (on a busy day) to prepare online orders for pickup.
As long as your items are in stock and we’re not considering Bulk items or Backordered items, then orders are usually ready within the hour.
You’ll receive a WhatsApp, Email & Push notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Bulk orders must be picked up same day as production. If this is not possible, we can hold it for 1 more business day.
If not picked up, we will package, freeze and restock your order. You’ll receive a refund in the form of Naturaw points which can then be used to place your order again on the next bulk production day, or use it towards other purchases in store, online or on our app.
