Naturaw Membership Terms and Conditions

The Naturaw Membership is a loyalty program offered by Naturaw Canine Food Ltd. (the “Company”). The purpose of the program is to provide members with exclusive benefits and discounts on the Company’s products and services. By joining the Naturaw Membership, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Membership Eligibility: To qualify for the Naturaw Membership, you must live in Canada and possess a delivery address within a Canadian province, currently limited to Ontario (ON) and Quebec (QB). Each user is permitted only one active membership at any given time. Please note that memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Benefits: The following benefits are available to Naturaw Members:
- Ongoing discount of 10% off every order, up to $5000 per year (excludes fresh & frozen proteins and on-sale items).
- Large treat bag for your pet’s birthday included with your membership, limited to one pet per membership valued at $20.
- $10 credit for both you and your friend with each Naturaw referral membership purchase.
- Access to a member menu of all-natural items not available to non-members.
- Double points on all raw meaty bones and treats.
- Exclusive early access to new products and sales.
Membership Fee: The annual cost for a Naturaw Membership is $119 while the monthly option is $12.99 and may be subject to adjustment at the time of renewal.
Termination of Membership: The Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your Naturaw Membership at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement. The program reserves the right to terminate customers who are discovered to have violated or abused the terms and conditions. Membership may also be terminated by the member upon written notice to Naturaw.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time and without prior notice. Any changes to the agreement will be posted on the Company’s website and on our mobile app.
Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury arising out of or related to the Naturaw Membership or the benefits offered to members, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in the province of Ontario, Canada.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the Naturaw Membership program and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.
