Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery
Residents of the GTA can enjoy the convenience of our same-day and next-day delivery services for a low cost starting at just $6.49 ¹.
These deliveries are managed by either Naturaw or Uber Direct, based on the decision made by our automated delivery system and warehouse logistics.
Here’s How It Works:
• Place your order by 11 AM from Monday to Sunday, and we guarantee delivery to your doorstep by 7 PM the same day ².
• Our same-day delivery extends up to a 10-kilometer radius from our location in Scarborough (Howden Road), while next-day delivery reaches up to 60 kilometers from our base.
• Our Brampton location does not currently participate in same-day delivery services.
¹ Eligibility for same-day delivery depends on various factors, including the contents of your cart and additional relevant details. Upon entering your address at checkout, if your order meets the criteria, you will be offered the same-day delivery option. Otherwise, the next-day delivery option will be available to you.
² Cost is determined by the system after your address has been entered and depending on the time of the day and date the order is being placed. Delivery starts at $6.49 and can range up to $15 excluding taxes. This does not include courier costs and is only for same-day and next-day delivery services handled by uber direct or Naturaw.
• Bulk fresh boxes do not qualify for same-day or next-day delivery.
• While we strive for punctuality, unexpected twists like unpredictable weather, out-of-our-control events, or sudden sickness could add a dash of adventure to our delivery plans. We’ll always keep you in the loop and do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
• We are unable to accommodate personal Uber pickup requests due to our stringent policy on maintaining food quality. This policy ensures that your food is transported in insulated boxes to keep it cold, addressing concerns that arise with Uber drivers handling multiple orders and the potential mishandling of food.
