Accepted Methods of Payment

Our website accepts all major credit & debit cards, including e-transfer by Interac. Our mobile app includes the same payment methods including Google Play (Android users) and Apple Pay (iOS users). You are able to save and use your favourite cards on the website and app.

2. Online Exchanging or Returning of Products

Please refer to our Return Policy section following our Terms & Conditions.

3. Online & Social Media Promotional Pricing

All of Naturaw’s price changes take effect as of midnight (12am) EST on the advertised date. This also applies to special promotional events (such as Online Only Events), unless otherwise indicated.

4. Online Purchasing by Minors

For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority (18 in Ontario) and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

5. Online Errors or misprints

We strive to prevent errors. How we fix them depends on the error. If we find that a product description is incorrect, for example, we’ll correct it.

In general, you should know that prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Errors will be corrected where discovered.
• Naturaw reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged, as permitted by law. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Naturaw will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

6. Liability

The products sold on this website comply with all relevant Canadian legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside Canada. We do not accept liability for any result feeding or administering products we sell. You are responsible for how you use and/or administer our products.

7. Account Deletion

You have the option to delete your account at any moment. This can be done by either reaching out to our data privacy officer as detailed below or, if you’re utilizing our mobile app, by logging in with your phone number. Once logged in, navigate to the profile settings, scroll down to the bottom, and select “Delete My Naturaw Account.” Follow the subsequent steps to proceed with the deletion. Please be aware that deleting your account results in the irreversible loss of your Wallet, Points & Rewards, and their history. Unfortunately, we will not be able to recover any of this information later, even if you provide evidence of your wallet balance or points.
